PRAISE PARTNER PLAN: TERMS & CONDITIONS

Effective Date: Date Agreement payments are applied by customer. Company: Praise Plumbing (hereinafter referred to as "Company") Member: The individual purchasing the plan (hereinafter referred to as "Member")

1. ACCEPTANCE OF AGREEMENT By purchasing the "Praise Partner Plan" (the "Plan"), the Member agrees to the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms constitute a binding agreement between the Member and the Company.

2. MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS During the active term of the membership, the Member is entitled to: • 10% Discount: A 10% discount on all plumbing repairs and services. (Excludes new construction projects or third-party rentals/equipment unless specified). • Priority Scheduling: Member calls are prioritized ahead of non-member calls. Note: Priority scheduling does not guarantee immediate or same-day service during peak demand or "Acts of God" events (e.g., severe freezing weather). • Waived Call-Out Fee ($141Value): The standard $141 Call-Out / Dispatch Fee is completely waived for Members. We will come to your home to provide estimates or assess issues for $0, regardless of whether you choose to proceed with the quoted work. • Annual Safety Inspection: One (1) comprehensive 25-Point Plumbing Safety Inspection per 12-month term.

3. TERM AND RENEWAL • Term: The membership is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. • Automatic Renewal: To ensure continuous protection, this Plan will automatically renew annually on the anniversary date. • Payment Method: The Member authorizes the Company to charge the credit card on file for the then-current annual membership fee ($99 + GST & PST). • Rate Changes: The Company reserves the right to change the annual fee with a minimum of 30 days' notice prior to the renewal date.

4. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS • Customer Cancellation: The Member may cancel this agreement at any time by contacting the Company office at 250-580-4777 or via email. • Refund Policy (Unused): If the Member cancels within 30 days of purchase/renewal and has not used any benefits (discounts, inspections, or waived fees), a full refund will be issued. • Refund Policy (Used): If the Member cancels after using any Plan benefits (e.g., received a discount on a job, had a dispatch fee waived, or received the inspection), the membership fee is non-refundable for the current term. • Company Termination: The Company reserves the right to terminate this agreement immediately for fraud, abuse of staff, or failure to pay for services rendered.

5. THE ANNUAL INSPECTION • Scheduling Responsibility: It is the responsibility of the Member to schedule their annual 25-Point Safety Inspection. While the Company will make reasonable efforts to remind the Member via email/text (through Housecall Pro), unused inspections do not "roll over" to the next year and hold no cash value. • Access: The Member agrees to provide reasonable access to the property for the inspection.

6. TRANSFERABILITY • Moving Home: If the Member moves within the Company’s service area (Greater Victoria), the Plan may be transferred to the new residence. • Selling Home: The Plan may be transferred to the new owner of the property upon request, adding value to the home sale. The Member must notify the Company to update the billing and contact information.

7. LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS • Residential Only: This Plan applies to single-family residential homes only. Commercial properties or multi-tenant rental buildings require a separate commercial agreement. • Service Area: Benefits apply only to properties located within the Company’s standard service area in Greater Victoria, BC. • Right to Refuse: The Company reserves the right to refuse service if the property is deemed unsafe or unsanitary for our technicians.

8. PAYMENT & BILLING • The Member agrees to keep a valid credit card on file within the Company’s secure payment processor (Housecall Pro). If the card is declined during renewal, the Plan benefits will be suspended until payment is updated.

9. GOVERNING LAW • This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. I have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions of the Praise Partner Plan. By applying payment I have agreed and will comply to all that is stated.
